I do wonder because you cannot buy Photoshop directly from Adobe any more and can only access it via a monthly account via their cloud. Ironically I have successfully downloaded another program from Adobe in the last 24 hrs and gone into my account with no issues at all. I suggest that Amazon either get Adobe to sort out the problem URGENTLY with their servers or stop selling this download software. In my experience the problem I'm getting is Adobe's not mine and instead of sending customer's on a wild goose chase they should fix it and, it seems I am not the only one to have had the problem. Their help page goes on about Internet Explorer but who uses that browser any more ? I have a full fibre connection and turned off both my anti-virus software and firewall to no avail. Please check your internet connectivity and firewall settings, then try again.
